YES! In September, ACA Running is back!

Have you always wanted to try running, but never got off to a good start? Or are you looking for cool running buddies? Then this is your chance!

When?

Every Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.

For who?

For everyone, regardless of your fitness level or experience. And the best part? It's completely free! All you need are your running shoes and a good attitude.

We will run at a different beautiful location in Antwerp every week to keep sessions fresh and challenging:

🌳 Park Spoor Noord – urban, lively and green

🌿 Park den Brandt – peace and nature around the castle

🍂 Het Rooi – cosy, green and ideal for intervals

This way, you will not only discover running, but also three unique running spots. The exact location will be announced in advance on a weekly basis.

Details

One of the coaches will be there at 7:20 p.m. At 7:30 p.m., we start running. Be on time!
We run around 5 to 10 km. Everyone's running level is taken into account.
ACA Running is a free activity for ACA members. No admissions will be deducted from your sports punch card.
Are you not yet a member and would you like to join us on a run? You can test out the activity for free once before deciding whether you would like to become a member or not.
In the event of heavy rain or extreme weather conditions (snow, hail, etc.), running will be cancelled.

Requirements

Good running shoes, comfortable sports wear and a smile are indispensable during ACA Running.
You certainly don't have to be a super experienced runner or a roadrunner. Even those who are new to running are certainly welcome.
We recommend you leave backpacks or personal (valuable) belongings at home.
There are no showers at our running locations.

General Information

Would you like to discover Antwerp in a slightly different way? During a run with a fun group of sport enthusiasts for example? Then ACA Running is right up your alley.

We alternate between meeting at one of the three locations. All you need are good running shoes and sports wear. The rest will follow naturally.
